For items purchased online, our warranty is two years from the date of purchase. We will replace or repair your watch if the defect is covered by the warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects due to faulty material or workmanship only in the watch components (movement, case, bracelet or strap, hands and indexes) under normal conditions of use. Other components or areas not included in the above will not be covered by this warranty.

Please note that repairs/replacements will not be processed under warranty in the following cases:

• Damage caused by improper use or neglect (dents, crushing, broken glass, etc.)
• Failure or damage caused by unjustified repair or customization.
• Cosmetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear, or aging occurrences (light scratches, color changes on the case or strap, peeling of the coating).
• If proof of purchase is not available (invoice with name, date of sale, reference and place of purchase of the watch).
• Battery change.
• If your watch is of the reference above TF4999.
• If your watch  has been purchased through unauthorized portals (Privalia, VeePee, Amazon, eBay, Fashion Days, etc.).
