ORDERS
Select the desired item and add it to your shopping cart. Then proceed to the checkout page, fill in the required personal information, and enter your payment details.
Find the discount code field in your shopping cart. Once entered, the discount will be applied immediately to your total payment. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order.
Once our warehouse has processed your payment, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during the transaction.
Contact our customer service as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped from the warehouse, we may be able to make changes or cancel it.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Our warehouse starts processing your order the next business day after payment confirmation. Generally, you will receive your order within 48 to 72 hours, considering that packages are not shipped over weekends or local holidays.
Local customs procedures may cause delays, which could affect the estimated delivery time. Please note that estimated timeframes may vary due to factors beyond Time Force's control and the courier service. Additionally, promotional campaigns may impact order processing times.
Absolutely! You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you do not receive the tracking number, please contact us at webshop@timeforcewatches.com , and we will look into the situation to provide the necessary assistance.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. However, some orders destined for the Americas may be dispatched from our facilities in Panama, Miami, or Colombia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your country. For specific details on applicable rates and fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Time Force has no control over, nor is responsible for, any duties or taxes imposed. You will be responsible for covering any additional charges related to customs clearance. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so it is advisable to consult your local customs office for more information.
Please note that, in rare cases, customs procedures may delay the delivery of some packages. Customers ordering from our European store with a delivery address within Europe will not be subject to import duties.
RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 14-day return policy. Once the product reaches our Returns Department, it will be inspected to ensure the watch is in the same condition as it was delivered, including packaging, protective covers, and plastics. If everything is in order, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the refund, which will be processed within 10 business days.

Yes, you can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in perfect condition with all original packaging and components. You can exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund the difference if the new item is priced lower, and we will bill you the difference if the new item is priced higher.
Please note that shipping fees will apply to exchanges, depending on the destination.
We ask all our customers to check their orders and compare the received items with the description on our website. If you believe you have received the wrong item or if your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
We will send you an email confirming the receipt of your return. The refund will be processed in the days following that email. If you do not receive an email within two weeks of sending your return, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number and tracking number so we can assist you.
Once we receive your email requesting a return, we will send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item. After receiving the package, we will process your refund within 10 business days and notify you by email at the address provided during the transaction. The refund will be reflected in your credit card or PayPal account up to 3 days after this process.
Return the item using a standard trackable service and email our Customer Service Team with the tracking number at webshop@timeforcewatch.com . Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags remain attached.
- Replace the address label with the Time Force return address (see point 4).
- Send the package via the Post Office or arrange a pick-up with a courier service (DHL, GLS, UPS).
- Obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office or courier service. Do not send the package without a proof of postage and a tracking number.
- Keep your postage receipt as proof of return.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will assess its condition (it must be in its original packaging with all components and accessories included) and proceed with the refund or exchange of the item.
WATCH SPECIFICATIONS

CRYSTAL
Our crystals, made of tempered mineral glass with a sapphire coating, provide scratch resistance almost as high as sapphire glass. With 80% hardness on the Mohs scale compared to sapphire, and thanks to their thicker design, our crystals are more resistant to direct impacts and more affordable to replace if damaged.
STEEL
Unlike many recognized brands, including Swiss ones, TIME FORCE ensures that all its watches are made from 316L surgical stainless steel, without exception, regardless of the price. While other manufacturers may use materials such as plastic, polycarbonate, alloys, or lower-quality recycled steels in different parts of the watch (case, back, crown, strap, bezel, etc.), we maintain a uniform standard of excellence by exclusively using 316L stainless steel in every component.
SILICONE
Regarding our silicone straps, we use the highest grade of purity available. We use hypoallergenic silicone that prevents dust accumulation on its surface and performs exceptionally well in wet, dry, cold, and hot conditions. Unlike rubber, silicone does not crack over time or with exposure to low temperatures. Additionally, it is easy to maintain and can be easily cleaned with soap without any issues.
MOVEMENT
Some limited editions feature Swiss movements, but the majority of our watches are equipped with the highest quality Japanese movements.
ATM
Since 2014, all TIME FORCE watches guarantee a minimum water resistance of 10 ATM, equivalent to a depth of 100 meters. Some models provide superior resistance in a range of 5 to 20 ATM, which corresponds to 200 meters of depth.
