We offer a 14-day return policy. Once the product has arrived at the Returns Department, they will be responsible for verifying that the Watch is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered (packaging, protections and plastics). If everything is correct, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the refund, which will be effective within 10 business days.
