ORDERS
Select the desired item and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page, fill in the required personal information and enter your payment details.
Locate the discount code field in your shopping cart. Once entered, the discount will be immediately applied to your checkout total. Please note that only one discount code may be applied per order.
Once your payment has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during the transaction.
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet left the warehouse, we may be able to make changes or cancellations.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, iDEAL, Bancontact, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
DELIVERY / SHIPPING
We strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order the next business day after payment confirmation. You will typically receive your order within 48-72 hours, considering packages are not transported on weekends or local holidays.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. However, some orders destined for America may be shipped from our facilities in Panama, Miami or Colombia.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. For specific details on applicable rates and percentages, we recommend that you contact the appropriate customs office. Time Force has no control over, nor is it responsible for, any duties or taxes applied. You will be responsible for covering any additional charges related to customs clearance. Customs policies vary significantly between countries; therefore, it is advisable to check with your local customs office for detailed information.
Please note that in rare cases customs procedures may cause delays in the delivery of some packages. Customers ordering from our European store and with a delivery address within Europe will not be subject to import duties.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We offer a 100% return policy. 14 days. Once the product arrives at our Returns Department, we will proceed to verify that the watch is in the same condition in which it was delivered, including packaging, protections and plastics. If everything is in order, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the refund, which will be processed within a period of 10 business days.

Yes, you can request a change within the 14 days after receiving your order. As with returns, the item you wish to exchange must be in new condition with all original packaging and components. You may exchange the item for a product of equal or lesser value; we will refund the difference if the new item is priced lower, and we will invoice you for the difference if the new item is priced higher.
Please note that shipping fees will apply to the exchange, depending on the destination.
We ask all our customers to review their orders and compare the products received with the description on our website. If you believe you have received an incorrect item or that your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
We will send you an email confirming receipt of your return. The refund will be processed within the days following receipt of the email. If you do not receive an email within two weeks of sending your return, please contact our Customer Service providing your order and tracking number so we can assist you.
Once we receive your email requesting the return, we will send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item. After receiving the package, we will process your refund within 10 business days and we will notify you by email to the address provided during the transaction. The refund will be reflected in your credit card or PayPal account until 3 days after said process.
Please return the item using a standard trackable service and email our Customer Service with the tracking number towebshop@timeforcewatch.com . Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, making sure all tags remain attached.
- Replace the label with your address with the address of Time Force for returns (see point 4).
- Send the package via the Post Office or schedule a pickup with a courier service (DHL, GLS, UPS).
- Obtain proof of postage from the Post Office or courier service. Do not send the package without a certificate of posting and tracking number.
- Please retain your postage receipt as proof of return.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will evaluate its condition (it must be in its original packaging with all components and accessories included) and proceed with the refund or exchange of the item.
WATCH SPECIFICATIONS

CRYSTAL
Our crystals, made of tempered mineral with sapphire treatment, offer almost as high scratch protection as sapphire crystal. With a hardness of 80% on the Mohs scale compared to sapphire. Thanks to their greater thickness, our crystals are more resistant to direct impacts and more affordable to replace in case of damage.
STEEL
Unlike many well-known brands, including Swiss ones, TIME FORCE guarantees that all of its watches are made from 316L surgical stainless steel, without exception, regardless of price. While other manufacturers may use materials such as plastic, polycarbonate, alloys or lower-grade recycled steels in different parts of the watch (case, back, crown, bracelet, bezel, etc.), we maintain a uniform standard of excellence by using exclusively 316L stainless steel in every component.
SILICONE
For our silicone straps, we use the highest available grade of purity. We use hypoallergenic silicone that prevents dust buildup on its surface and offers exceptional performance in humid, dry, cold, and hot conditions. Unlike rubber, silicone does not crack over time or with exposure to low temperatures. Additionally, it is easy to maintain; it can be washed effortlessly with soap without any issues.
MOVEMENT
Some limited editions feature Swiss movements, but most of our watches are equipped with the highest quality Japanese movements.
ATM
Since 2014, all TIME FORCE watches guarantee a minimum water resistance of 10 ATM, equivalent to 100 meters in depth. Some models even offer a higher resistance of 20 ATM, corresponding to 200 meters in depth.
